Inspiration: Simon Says Stamp Wednesday (Anything Goes)
I circled back to the Joyful collection from Cocoa Vanilla to try and finish it off. I paired it with the Dancin' Figgy Pudding dies from Spellbinders, which are just so incredibly cute. I picked my cardstock colour to match the patterned papers and assembled the character to have the moving legs.
For the rest of the card, I die-cut the plaid paper using the Wonky Stitched Rectangle STAX dies and I picked a sentiment banner from the chipboard piece that can work for both a French or English card. I used the 25 dec. banner from the ephemera pack and I tied a piece of baker's twine at the top to add another touch of gold. I used two of the stars from the same ephemera pack in the background. For the third star, I used a gold puffy star.
I placed the little envelope from the puffy stickers in the character's hand, and I added a wooden button next to the banner at the bottom. I mounted the card front on a Mint Macaron card base.
I picked a Rose Quartz metallic envelope and I decorated it with a strip of patterned paper and more ephemera pieces.
