Inspiration: Mojo Monday #231
Still going with the Merry & Bright collection from Simple Stories. The starting point for this card was the reindeer tag, from the cardstock stickers. I had seen a Mojo Monday sketch with a tag about the right size so I went back to it and designed my card around it. I also used the Joy banner cardstock sticker to add a sentiment to my card.
The middle stripe is deep green velvet ribbon I grabbed at Michaels during one of their sales, and it fit very nicely with this collection. I also did the three pearls at the bottom of the banner strip like on the sketch, picking two sizes for added interest. The top circle and scalloped circle were die-cut using my Nestabilities dies. I mounted this on a Mint Macaron card base.
I made a matching envelope using a sheet of patterned paper, to help make a faster dent in my stash.
