Inspiration: Global Design Project #341
I was really drawn to the soft sherbet colours of the combo and as I was going through my dies, I decided the build-A-Barn could look cute in those soft colours. I used rose gold foil paper for the weather vane and the stars, as well as for the handles, which were die-cut using the handle piece from the Build-A-Castle set. I also borrowed the fence piece from the Build-A-House Spring Add-On set.
I started putting together my scene using the challenge colours and once it was done, I decided to add images from the Berry Special set to fill the space. The images were colored using a mix of Stampin' Blends and Copic markers and die-cut using the matching dies. I found a small enough French word to add to the little banner (which reads "hello"), which I stamped in Calypso Coral ink. I added highlights using a white gel pen on the clouds in the background. I found a cute strawberry-patterned washi tape in my stash to decorate the envelope with.
