I fell in love hard with the Family Fun collection from Simple Stories as soon as I saw previews of it online and when it finally came out (late, because of supply chain issues), I purchased pretty much the whole collection, including the page kit. As I was pulling out pictures to scrapbook this weekend, I found some pictures of us playing board games that were the right size and orientation to work for the kit with a little bit of adapting, so I put the pages together this afternoon.
The original pages are more about arcade games, as it has bowling pins and an arcade game, roller skates and race cars. Since I have the full collection, I thought I could go to the Bits & Pieces pack and find images that work better with the puzzle and board game theme. It took a little bit of redesigning, but I'm liking this version better for my own pictures. I used some of the foam stickers as well - those are truly awesome on pages. It's too bad they're so heavily filled with English words. I'm not opposed to including some in my album, but I'm trying to strike a balance so that my albums don't end up being done entirely in English. I popped some of the chipboard images from the kit on dimensional adhesive to give the page dimension and I added an art pebble to the center of the camera. I also used a couple of puffy stickers and images from the sticker book.
