Inspiration: Lawn Fawnatics #118
Clean and Simple is not usually my crafting style, but when I saw the Lawn Fawnatics challenge, it reminded me that I still had not used the Bubbles of Joy set and I thought it would easily be used for a CAS card.
I pulled out the Bubbles stencil and blended a mix of Pink Pirouette, Fresh Freesia and Seaside Spray ink to create three bubbles. I added the shadow using the same inks. I then colored various mice from the Bubbles of Joy stamp set with Copic markers, die-cut the images out and added them to the card.
I went looking for a large sentiment to fill in the space on the card. I chose "a little note" from an older stamp set, stamped in VersaMark and embossed in Aqua Tinsel embossing powder from Ranger. I added Iridescent Bubbles from Studio Katia to the card and Glossy Accents to the stamped bubbles. I also stamped the little star and POP word next to the small mouse to make it seems like he's running around bubbles to pop them. I rounded the bottom corners with my Corner Chomper.
I used my leftover images on a soft purple envelope and added sponging made with one of the stencils from the Bubble Background set.
