Inspiration: Festive Friday #91 (fun fold + patterned paper + ribbon)
This is another card for my Jingle All the Way series. When I saw the fun fold element in the challenge list, I went to the Splitcoast Stampers website to have a look at their tutorials for inspiration. I had never seen a flip corner card before and it seemed simple so I decided to give it a try. It worked out really well with the elements I was designing with.
I ended up decorating the inside heavily to make it pretty and hide little bits of adhesive and ribbon that were peaking from underneath my turned corner. I wanted to use a tag from the cut-apart sheet for my message block and thought it would be fun to tuck it in a pocket instead of gluing it down. I had those triangles leftover from doing patterned paper on the folded corner side, so that was a perfect way to use my leftover pieces. I used another cut-apart tag on the envelope as well. I'm really pleased with the resulting card.
