Inspiration: December 2020 Page Maps Sketch
Sometimes, I will go back to scrapbooking older pictures when I find the perfect papers or accessories, and this was the case for this page. It was taken after we had dinner at a sugar shack while we were all in Quebec City for a Summit meeting. I had to look up the dates in my email - it was back in 2015 but it feels like ages ago! I was already living in Montreal at the time, so it was nice to have an opportunity to go back to Quebec City for a few days.
The patterned papers and stickers are from the O Canada 2 collection from Photoplay. The maple sirup pattern couldn't be more perfect for the sugar shack theme. Since I had only one picture and limited journaling, I decided to make an 8" x 8" page. I recently pulled out an album in that size I have on my shelf and there are a few empty page protectors in there still, so I'm trying to fill it up.
