It's official: the 50 Christmas cards are finished and have been sent to my mom so they can be distributed at the seniors' centre at their Christmas party. Since I was sending a package home, I decided to include something for my parents as well, as it is unlikely we will spend the holidays together this year. I had done an adorable winter-themed mini-album this past Spring when we were in full lockdown, which I have yet to post as I need to edit the pictures first. I knew my parents would love it if it was filled with pictures of their kids and grandkids, so last weekend, I dug through my pictures to find ones that I could crop small enough to include in the album and finished it off. Then, I wrapped it with beautiful gold-foiled birch paper I found at Indigo a couple of years ago and then I decided it needed a tag to make sure my mom knew this was for her and dad and not for the seniors' centre. I looked at my paper collections and decided Christmas from Carta Bella would look nice with the Birch paper.
