Inspiration: Festive Friday #68 (stars + clouds + blue) + In[k]spire Me #430
The cutesy Moving Along stamp set caught my eye in the annual catalogue and was part of my first order. It still had not been inked, though, so I rectified that today. I was really inspired by the In[k]spire Me colours, so it was my starting point. I was going to use the Fab Fridat sketch, but I realized that I wanted to use the banner behind the helicopter to add my sentiment, so the sketch didn't make sense anymore.
After I stamped my scene, there was not a lot of way to embellish the card further, so I thought I could do a #simplestamping card for once. The only detail I added was stamping the banner again, handcutting it and popping it up on Stampin' Dimensionals and added two In Color enamel dots on the train and the helicopter. I matted the scene in So Saffron, at an angle, and added it to a Misty Moonlight cardbase. Done and done! This would make a good workshop card.
