Inspiration: Mojo Monday #541
I was looking at the Mojo Monday sketch for inspiration and decided I could make a set of cards using the new In Color Designer Series Paper stack. My initial plan was to make monochromatic cards, but as I started working on the first one (chocolate, using the Cinnamon Cider color), I realized that I have not purchased the ribbon in that color and that adding a touch of Bumblebee on the card would look really nice. So each of the card showcases two colours and highlights how nicely all five of the new In Colors pair together.
I used the Stitched So Sweetly dies (first released this Spring in the minicatalogue) for the scalloped rectangle piece and I used the largest of the Peek-a-Hoot dies for my main image. I picked sentiments that would fit and played with the image arrangement accordingly. For example, the cocktail filled the entire tag, so I moved my sentiment to the scalloped rectangle instead.
I think this would make a great workshop set, as it's easy to mass-produce and is a nice introduction to the 2020-2022 In Colors.
