Inspiration: CAS(E) This Sketch #363
As I often like to do, I used the supplies I had out after finishing a layout to make a card. One of the patterned papers has little travel-themed globes on it, so I handcut a few to spread on the card, inspired by the CAS(E) This Sketch challenge. For the sentiment, I used "Happy Retirement" using some French dies I have. I've been pulling out my Postage Stamp dies from Hero Arts every time I've craft this week, it seems, and here, they worked well again with the travel theme. I used some awesome washi tape I believe is from Doodlebug Design that mimicks an envelope pattern and I added a piece of ribbon at the top. I stapled it in place and added a navy blue enamel dot over the staple. I made a matching envelope out of patterned paper and use the Postage Stamp dies for my address block.
