Inspiration: Just Add Ink #497
I was going through stamps to see what would spark inspiration and I decided to pair the Sip Sip Hooray set with the Lily Impressions DSP currently offered during Sale-A-Bration. I thought I could do a square sentiment block and add two drinks to the right to represent the other two shapes from the sketch.
The sentiment and the glasses were embossed in copper powder. I used Lovely Lipstick and Granny Apple Green ink to fill the glasses and I added olives and mint to decorate the glasses. I also added glitter enamel dots to the sentiment block and a piece of Lovely Lipstick ribbon to spruce up my creation a bit.
I like this stamp set in theory, but I've been having trouble making something with it that I'm entirely happy with. Either way, I really wanted the set because it has great French sentiments that will remain useful over the years, but looking at how the glasses stamped tone on tone on the envelope look, that might be the idea I should explore when using this set again on another project.
