Design inspired by Page Maps 20418 May Sketch + Lasting Memory Layout Challenge #469
I had this photo on my phone that I've always meant to scrapbook and somehow it got forgotten in the shuffle. When I pulled out of the tiki and cactus papers from Doodlebug, I went back to the picture and decided it deserved its own page. My niece, who was not even two at the time, absolutely wanted to look at the cocktail menu (probably because of all of the pretty, colorful pictures). That picture cracks me up, with her little finger in the air, as if she's about to point to what she wants. This is even funnier with her sippy cup showing in the forefront!
I used leftover papers from the Fun in the Sun collection from Doodlebug and when all out with drink stickers, sprinkles and doodle-pops. Doodlebug always comes out with the cutest embellishments, but I will admit I don't buy a ton of them because they can quickly get really expensive! I let myself get sucked into buying some last year because it was probably the best selection they had ever offered. I was a little less reluctant to use them on a page than I was on a card, so I went all out here. I also used their drink washi tape at the bottom.
