Inspiration: Global Design Project #207 (Bloom and Grow)
I was extremely touched and also very surprised to be named godmother for my second niece since I was already godmother for the oldest one. My sister explained to me that her spouse and her ran through the list of options many times and they kept coming back to me because they wanted someone who would be close and always available. They believe a godmother is someone a kid can tell their little secrets they don't want to share with their parents to and lean on, so they decided I was the best fit. In a cute move, they also asked my niece Megan if she was willing to share her godmother with her little sister and she accepted. *heart melting*
This picture of Arielle and I was not taken on the same day, but I wanted to use a picture of us both together and this is one of my favorites so far. It also happened to be a perfect fit for the Bloom collection, so this page came together very quickly and nicely. It was inspired by a June 2018 Page Maps sketch.
