Inspiration: Mojo Monday #515
I recently placed an order with Queen & Co. for some of their shaker kits. One of them was the Gumball shaker kit, which I opened for a spin today. I based my design on the Mojo Monday sketch #515. The kit includes a stamp set with some clever punny sentiments, but the ones I liked the best were stacked and wouldn't have fit on a long banner. So I switched gears and looked through my French stamps. I found something perfect in the Sweet Cupcake stamp set that sort of translates to "You're Yummy" - that's the idea, but the French wording goes really well with gumballs AND it fit on the banner dies I wanted to use.
I used some Holo Waves cardstock from Tonic for the back of the gumball machine and the place where the gumballs drop. (I can't seem to stop using this cool holographic cardstock!) As a final touch, I picked a A2 Lagoon Metallic envelope from my newly acquired stash and decorated it with a die-cut machien to match. The cute Candy Land patterned paper was part of the same kit.
