Inspiration: Try Stampin' on Tuesday #388 + Simon Says Stamp Monday (Warm Winter Wishes)
The starting point for this card was the beautiful Merry & Bright collection from Simple Stories. The 3" x 3" square doe-cut with the truck caught my eye and I knew that it could work well for the Try Stampin' on Tuesday sketch. The square was a little big, though, so I trimmed some of the excess cardstock around the truck using a square die. The truck image already had a wreath on it, but it seemed about the size of the Boxwood Wreaths ornaments, so I pulled one out and embellished the image with it. I also used Clear Faceted Gems for the truck lights (perfect size and perfect look!), and Fresh Snowfall glitter drops on the snow and on some of the wreath leaves.
The die-cut sentiment reads, "Happy Holidays". More French companies are coming out with sentiment dies and I'm already excited about it, as it opens up new creative options. This one from Lime Citron has a great font and size.
