This card was born out of the My Favorite Things Color challenge #95 and some new stuff I wanted to take out for a spin. I've been really intrigued by the Birch Press Design layering dies, but the high price was giving me pause. I finally decided to give one set a try yesterday when I found some at my local store. I picked the Prem set, because I like how the drop openings looks a bit like a peacock feather pattern. I embossed the background with the Tufted embossing folder from my Stampin' Up! annual catalogue order. The sentiment (from Altenew) reads "Let's Celebrate!"
