I'm trying to use my SAB items as much as possible before the promotion is over. I wanted to use the Springtime Foils paper with the flowers and fussy cut them on a project. I had this idea that the copper foil would look really lovely paired with navy, so I went looking at my list of past ColourQ combos for inspiration and found something interesting in challenge #113: night of Navy + Marina Mist + Soft sky + Sahara Sand. The design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketch #329. To have a big enough circle for the card, I pulled out an old Coluzzle template. I stamped the circle with the Hardwood background stamp and roughed up the edge with a blade.
The sentiment reads, "joy and happiness." It was stamped with the Happy Wishes stamp set (another 2018 SAB offering). To make a matching envelope, I fussy cut one more flower, and I colored with one with the Stampin' Blends markers. The result is a little more streaky than on regular cardstock because of the glossy texture of the Specialty DSP, but it still works nice enough.

This is gorgeous - the colours are so pretty and elegant together and I love the matching envelope. I'm way too lazy to make matching envelopes! Thanks for playing along at FMS!
