The Waterfront stamp set was one that I went back and forth on. I liked all of the samples I saw with it, but I was wondering if I would be able to come up with my own designs with it, since it's a little different from my usual style. I finally decided to get it with Stampin' Rewards. This is my first try at using it and this card came together incredibly quickly. Because I wanted to use the Seaside embossing folder, I picked out the little cabanas and palm trees to go with it, and the colour combo I had seen on the Try Stampin' on Tuesday was perfect to go with it. The design was inspired by Create with Connie and Mary #496.
I added Clear Wink of Stella to the sun and water so that it would sparkle. For the sentiment, I decided to use the French version of the Celebrate You Thinlits dies and the matching Amazing You stamp set. The sentiment reads, "Simply incredible," which could work for a variety of occasions. I also think it matches the beach/vacation image nicely. The word was die-cut out of the Myths & Magic 6" x 6" Glimmer Paper. Loving the look of it and how well it pairs with a lot of other stuff in the SAB and Occasions offering - not liking how much it sheds glitter, though! I wish we could go back to the initial glimmer paper they first carried, which held its glitter infinitely better. I'll be a sparkly lady tonight!

Your card is so fun, Cindy, and goes perfectly with our first color challenge. My daughter would love this card because the beach is one of her favorite places to be. :) Thanks for joining us at Try Stampin' on Tuesday.
