This card was inspired by CAS(E) This Sketch #260. Because the sketch consists of using a large sentiment, I was trying to think of big sentiments I had available and remembered the Birthday Banners stamp set. I wanted to use the double banner and fill it with the French sentiments that says, "Time to put out this tiny fire and make a wish!" It immediately made me think of the Picture Perfect Party 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, which includes a sheet showing birthday candles. All I had to do after stamping and die-cutting the banner was add a piece of crinckled seam binding and a few Tutti-Frutti sequins and enamel shapes. It's a quick and simple card, made awesome by the adorable paper.
