The Simply Stacked Sentiments set includes various all-occasions sentiments and I thought "Wishing you the Very Best" could work well paired with the Birthday Balloons CutUp Die. I ran the CutUp through my Big Shot three times with three sheets of patterned papers - orange, blue and grey, then alternated between the three colours to form my word. I carefully tied Silver cord on each balloon, before cutting apart Stampin' Dimensionals adhesive to make it narrow enough to adhere behind the balloon letters and pop them up.
At top, I used the He Said She Said CutUp die to create a word bubble for the sentiment. The sentiment set comes with accent images and flourishes so I used the two parallel lines alongside the edge of the bubble, the flourish on both sides of the sentiment and then embossed the star in silver in a few random places. Two ribbons were then tied together in a know at the top of the panel (took a bit of time and fidgeting to get the ribbons lined up but I finally managed) and chenille rickrack was added on top.
