When I saw the Colour Throwdown #352 challenge, the colours reminded me of an old favorite pack of DSP that was called Urban Garden. I pulled it out and using the Paper Craft Crew Card sketch #154, I put together this first card. It also uses a new stamp set from the annual catalogue that's becoming a quick favorite for me: Tin of Cards. The top of the Baja cardstock was also stamped with another personal favorite, Dotty Angles. There's just something about those scattered dots that put a happy spin on all of my cards.
Since the supplies were already out and the paper pack is down to a few pieces, I thought I would keep going with it, and try to finish it off. Based on Try Stamping on Tuesday sketch #228, I put together this card right here. The flower was created using the photopolymer set called Snuggles & Smooches, and the sentiment was stamped with the Sweet Stack set. It might be meant to be used with the Cake Framelits, but it works wonderfully on its own, too, so be sure to not overlook this catalogue set.
