This card was inspired by a sample I saw in a Paper Crafts magazine. I thought it would be easy to reproduce with Stampin' Up! supplies, using the Banners Framelits dies. The papers used are from the Birthday Bash Specialty Designer Papers (Occasions catalogue), which are awesome! Their bright colours and patterns just lift up my mood instantly. I've also used washi tape from the Sweet Dreams pack, Calypso Coral pompon trim and a button from the Best Year Ever Accessory Pack offered for free during Sale-A-Bration.
The sentiment comes from the Parfait fanions stamp set. It's longer and reads "Une petite pensée pour toi", but I used Stampin' Write markers to shorten it so that it would fit the design of my card better, and to have each word be a different colour.
The top banner was die-cut out of vellum cardstock and punched on both sides with the Confetti Star Border Punch, which was carried over from the last catalogue to the current one.
