Stampin' Up!'s Work of Art - Framed Work of Art

A quick creation made with the new Work of Art stamp set. This one is going to be fun to use! And a great set to make fast cards with a lot of punch. It's an instant favorite for me!

I used Tango Tangerine Stampin' Emboss powder on the sentiment to make it stand out of the Soft Sky brushstroke.
