I really like the Happy Congratulations stamp set - it's cute and it's SO quick to use to make a fun card. For today's creation, I combined the Color Throwdown challenge (#280) for colors and the As You See It sketch (#025) for the design. A few gold sequins taken off of the sequin trim were added to the card for a bit of glitz. The cards says Congratulations, so it could be used for a number of various occasionsm abd the colors make it appropriate for a man or a woman.
Hope you like it!

Wow - I love what you've done with this sketch challenge! The die cut detail along the bottom is really fun, and the gold sequins are the perfect embellishment! Thanks for playing with the As You See It Challenge!
