This is a quick card I made using an image cut directly from the patterned paper called Big Top birthday. I thought I could use it to make a unique father's day card. I added a bit of Dazlling Details to the belt buckle and I first used Crystal Effects on the weight, but then thought I'd do a "Button Buddy" and add buttons instead.
The corners were punched with the Ticket Corner punch to match the circus theme. In the background, I matted my stripe of star paper with a stripe of Brushed Silver cardstock. For the sentiment, I stamped one of the mustaches from the Many Mustaches stamp in Tempting Turquoise, hand-cut and handwrote "My Dad is the strongest of them all" with a black marker.
At the top, I used two pennants from the On Board Merry Medley kit, covered with patterned paper (FYI: the pennant punch match the chipboard pieces perfectly!) and I added mini silver brads on each side.
