One of the M&Ts at Leadership included a quote sheet made with MDS that was supposed to be turned into a frame. I knew that I didn't have room for a frame at home and thought the page could be turned into a nice scrapbook page, so I looked at my pictures to find something suitable and I added the 8½x11 MDS page to a 12 x 12 page.
The flowers you see on the page are all mostly from the flower die-cut pack that is sold in the Occasions mini, along with the pink rhinestones. Had you noticed it? Everyone I show my Leadership M&Ts to ask what those flowers are, so I guess most people hadn't noticed them.
The page was originally white, but as per M&T instructions, I used a sponge and the Tea stain ink spot from the Distressing Kit to distress the page. It looks really cool! To fill in the bottom of the page, I added a piece of rickrack die-cut with my beloved Tasteful Trims die and added some gathered seam binding on top. To gather the ribbon, I picked up a thread in the center of the seam binding and pulled on it to gather the ribbon and then I glued it in place on the page using Sticky Strip. The right border of the page was stamped with a flower from the Mixed Bunch stamp set using the Tea stain ink again.
