A work colleague requested a birthday card for a little boy who was turning three. She told me that little boy loves coybows, so that was a great excuse to get my retired Cowboy Kid set out. I don't think I could have predicted how much use I'd get out of that set when I first bought it. I find it's my main go-to set for masculine cards.
I looked through my papers for something bright since this card was destined for a kid and I found the retired Creative License Simply Scrappin' kit. I love those kits because they allow me to whip up a cute card in no time. This card took an hour at the most. The sentiment comes from the Petite Pairs set and was stamped on one of the die-cuts from the kit.
Stampin' Up! Supplies

Simply Scrappin' Kit: Creative License

This card is so darling. The cowboy is cute as ever, and the cactus reminds me of my part of the woods! I've used this DSP many times for my grandsons. Don't you love pulling out these retired products?
