Encre, papier, ciseaux: Smooch Resist / Résistance au Smooch

No, I am not talking about resisting an unwanted kiss here, but rather combining the good ol' emboss resist technique with the new Smooch Sprays. This is a card I did for a Summer minicatalogue swap last month and that I had totally forgotten to share up until now.

The En français background was stamped in Durango Dust on So Saffron cardstock, and then the resist part was created by sponging some Versamark through the new stencil sold in the mini, then embossing with clear powder. I then used the Silver Smooch Spray to make the embossed flourish stand out. Pretty cool, right? And of course, in person, it totally shimmers, which is, like, totally fabulous! (Yes, I love anything that shimmers!)

The sentiment is from an old favorite sentiment set, Oval All.

Je vous présente une carte que j'ai fait le mois dernier pour une échange pour le minicatalogue d'été, mais que j'avais complètement oublié de publier une fois que le swap a été rendu à bon port.

L'arrière-fond En français a été étampé en Poussière de Durango sur du papier cartonné Tellement safran, puis j'ai utilisé une éponge pour appliquer du Versamark au travers du nouveau stencil vendu dans le mini, pour ensuite embosser mon image avec de la poudre à embosser transparente. Puis, j'ai utilisé le Smooch Spray Argent pour faire ressortir mon motif. En personne, la carte a un joli scintillement qu'on ne peut voir en photo, malheureusement.

Le souhait provient du jeu En ovale, qui s'agence parfaitement à nos poinçons.

Très, très joli. Je suis convaincue que ta carte est "brillante" ... Bonne combine de couleurs et l'effet d'arrière-plan combiné avec le gaufrage. Bravo!
