Friendship / Amitié

This stamp set is from SU!, although you might not be familiar with it yet. It actually came to me all the way from across the globe, straight from Australia, where it is currently offered in one of their minicatalogues, I believe. I have no idea if this set will be offered in our upcoming catalogue, as I have not seen a copy of it yet myself, but who knows, maybe I am offering you a preview of something to come without knowing it?

Either way, this is a little something I put together using a leftover Make 'n Take kit from way back when those In Colours were still around. The colors might be retired, but it is still one of my favorite color combo. There's something about the way Cool Carribean pops against True Thyme that really appeals to me. I had originally found this colour combo on one of my PJs!!

Proof that inspiration is everywhere. Or that I am so passionate about my hobby that I even dream about it at night... *wink*

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ce jeu d'étampes est bien de SU!, même si vous ne l'avez peut-être jamais vu auparavant. Il m'est arrivé directement de l'autre bout du globe, plus précisément de l'Australie, où il est présentement offert dans l'un de leurs minicatalogues, je crois bien. Je n'ai aucune idée si ce jeu sera disponible dans le prochain catalogue, étant donné que je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma propre copie, mais qui sait, peut-être que je vous offre un petit avant-goût de ce qui s'en vient sans le savoir?

Cette carte a été créée avec un restant de projet à emporter d'il y a bien longtemps, alors que ces En couleurs étaient toujours disponibles. Bien que ces couleurs soient maintenant sans suite, cette combinaison de couleurs demeure l'une de mes favorites. J'aime bien le contraste entre le Bleu Caraïbe et le Thym réel. Cette combinaison de couleurs m'avait à l'origine été inspirée d'un de mes pyjamas!

Comme quoi l'inspiration est partout quand on s'y arrête...
