I struggled so much with this one that I can't really look at it with an objective eye anymore. I think it was the color combo that was throwing me off, because Garden Green is really not my bag of chips. But I decided to keep working at it and reminded myself that it was called a challenge for a reason.
Why don't I let you judge for yourself...
Inspiration : Sketch Mojo Monday #133 & Curtain Call color combo #24
Wow, ça me rappelle des souvenirs!
Matériel Stampin' Up!
Étampes : Love Bandit, Woodgrain, Voeux mignons (Teeny Tiny Wishes), Dot Dot Dot
Cartons : Kraft, Murmure blanc, Vert jardin
Encres : Marron simple, Vert jardin
Papiers : Flamand rose, Beaux contes
Accessoires : Notes Transmission d'amour (minicatalogue), poinçons Cercle,
ruban de gros-grain Turquoise, attaches parisiennes, crayons Prismacolor,
marqueur Vert jardin
Hello to you!
Your card looks fabulous! Garden Green is especially a hard one for me too! I think using it sparingly is key.
The cartonn you mentioned is called La Linea. Here is a link to one of the episodes from You Tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YDt1W6ORHZA&feature=related
My brother and I were huge fans of that little man, especially when he laughs and spits out at the same time. We used to imitate the little thing he does at the beginning of almost each episode: MMM, baaa,.....
Hope you have fun watching a few episodes. Enjoy the trip down memory lane!
