The Tuesday Morning Sketch #366 caught my eye because of the little pennants in the corner of the main piece. They reminded me of the little banner die included in the Home Sweet Home Thinlits set. I thought I could pair it with cute DSP and a fun sentiment and that a fun card could be put together quickly.
I was right - this card was super fast, but I do like the cheery result. I picked a sentiment from the Love & Affection stamp set, embossed it in white on Cool Cucumber cardstock and die-cut it out with an oval Framelits. I topped it with a heart enamel shape from the 2016-2018 In Color Enamel Shapes pack. The banner was die-cut out of Real Red cardstock and topped with circle enamel shapes as well.
The DSP is the Fruit Stand collection. Then, I was looking for a piece of ribbon for the main piece and spotted the new Emerald Envy ribbon from the 3/8" Silk Taffeta Ribbon Combo Pack (2016 HC, p. 20). Even though Emerald Envy is not an official colour in the DSP, it matched beautifully, so I decided to go with this (and this is what inspired the enamel shapes in the same shade).
A matching envelope was made out of matching paper. Just that easy!
