Birthday Cookies

This is one of the cards that came about when I was playing with my Happy Me Simply Scrappin' kit  scraps. I hadn't inked this stamped in a long while, so I thought I'd pair it with the fun colors of this kit. The sentiment was stamped in a frame from the Four Frames set and punched with the matching Decorative Label punch. I then added the doily and flourish from the Kindness matters set underneath. I kept the rest of the design simple to keep the focus on the colored image.
